Memorable journey of the CNRS Team at CIHEAMBari !
The Secretary General of the National Council for Scientific Research (CNRS-L), Dr. Tamara Elzein , and the SEALACOM project team visited the campus of CIHEAM BARI. During their visit, they had fruitful discussions with CIHEAM Bari's Director, Maurizio Raeli, staff members, and collaborators involved in various activities, Deputy Director Dr. Biagio Di Terlizzi, Dr. Roula Khadra and the #sealacom project team to discuss the project's progress.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two institutions to foster collaborative applied research, training, technical assistance, and international development cooperation activities.
This visit provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on education and research activities, aligning with the goals of the SEALACOM project, which focuses on enhancing Agricultural Practices, Early Warning Systems, and Marine Ecosystems to increase the resilience of the vulnerable communities.
